They both have a 20 gallon capacity,  sit vertically on your tree, and are green in color (treegators are a brighter green while this is a darker green) and most importantly the bags will cost you less than Treegator.

This tree watering bag is designed specifically to increase first-year survival rate and set the stage for a long, healthy life. A single bag will fit a tree up to 3″ caliper and it holds 20-gallons. Installs easily in just 5 minutes, without tools. A single bag fits trees up to 3″ in diameter. Zip two bags together to fit a 3″ to 5″ diameter tree. Can be used with plant nutrients. Tree Watering Bags will release water for 5-8 hours.  Made from heavy-duty, green-coated polypropylene that is UV stabilized to last after long hours in the sun. Safe to use with nutrient or chemical additives.
